Sterix Bot collects minimal data necessary to deliver its services:

• Discord user IDs and server (guild) IDs
• Message content only when using specific bot commands
• Server configuration settings you choose to apply
• Usage statistics and command interaction logs

Collected data is used exclusively to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain bot functionality
• Improve services and develop new features
• Ensure compliance with Discord's Terms of Service
• Deliver customer and technical support

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All data is stored securely with access strictly limited to authorized personnel. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties under any circumstances.

Data is retained only as long as necessary to deliver our services. Server configuration data is maintained while Sterix remains active in your server. Usage logs and diagnostic data are retained for up to 30 days for debugging and improvement purposes, after which they are automatically deleted.

You have full rights over your data:

• Request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Request permanent deletion of your data
• Opt out of data collection by removing Sterix from your server
